IMPROVE YOUR BLOGGING

1. MAKE PERSONAL GOALS
You know how I know everyone can make it as blogger its because I have a life experience that explains this theory. So some years ago I was in a math class and I was dumb just being honest I was not the smartest for the simple fact that I just didn't care. So then one day my friend gets pushed into a higher class, and my teacher comes back with my results and it was really bad. Long story short I made a change a drastic change that was fuelled by the need to be taken seriously. So in our next test out of 70 I got 65 and my final exams I knew my mark before I even finished that's how well I did.

I know blogging is saturated and there are thousands of us doing this for loads of different reason, but trust me If like me you want to make something from this. Then you need long nights, scheduled post, events, editing, spell check. A determination that is pushed by your dreams to say you know what there is a 12 year old who is getting paid to do this or millionaires who are self made from this. You are your brand so if you want to get heard you got to let your actions speak louder. Ask yourself this do I deserve more from this or am perfectly fine where I am now.

2.  GO TO EVENTS
I went to a writers event one day and it was lovely. It was really nice being around other people who shared my interest.  The one thing I took away from that experience was support and motivation. They made me realise that as long as you reach your own personal goal that itself is success. I met an awesome blogger and we were talking about writing and only to know this girl really humbled herself she was in the big leagues. So I know that going to events will allow your personality to shine through.

3. DO NOT STAY IN YOUR OWN LANE.
So one day I asked a major you tuber a question and they didn't respond and then another you tuber asked the same question and then guess what they responded, quite quickly if I might add. A week later there was a big incident that someone made the suggestion that little v/bloggers should stay in their own lane. This is not the first or last time I have been ignored and to be honest I get it am not on there level so I shouldn't address those I guess are more successful. However even though little things like this may get annoying it has never change the course of my journey online.
Don't ever let anyone tell you where you should be. Staying in your own lane is possibly the worst offence as a blogger.  I did say blogging is now very commercialised, if you can't be in that 'in circle' then make your own.

  2. Great post. My biggest blogging challenge is not comparing myself to others, it's so hard but I always try and remember that I'm only in competition with myself and that everyone's journey is different x

  4. I totally agree about the list. I've missed two great events in the past months and I hope that doesn't happen again.
I also know what you mean about the whole ignoring thing. I once commented on something and then another popular individual said basically the same thing and everyone is oohing and aahing at her brilliant words and I'm wondering...errrr okay. Lol.
My biggest challenge I would say is taking great photos. I love seeing pictures in a post and the fact that I can't do this upsets me. Lol

    1. lol that commenting thing happened to me like 3x and am happy it did because it showed me their true colours and made me wiser am not a fan nor never will be. I support people who I believe deserve it so the people I used to look up to online has decreased and for that I couldn't be happier. With your situation I completely understand how you felt 100%. You are starting to take some picture like the one on your latest post I like them. don't be upset am sure you'll get to where you need to be in regard to taking great photos, I like your posts with or without pictures :) thanks for commenting

  6. love this!
my biggest blogging challenge would have to be consistency.
i don't have a set schedule with regards to blogging and often times, life frankly just gets in the way.
i'm hoping to change that in the near future!

  8. Fab tips! Especially about not staying in your lane - I despise the pretentious bloggers that think they can forget the little men (readers) that got them where they are

    1. I agree staying in your own lane makes blogging so boring, we should be able to respectively speak to other and get some respect back. Without the viewers or readers their success without even be possible. Thanks for commenting x
